Police Administration BuildingSanta Ana, CA
Designed by Hellmuth Obata & Kassabaum Inc., this four-story, 221,000-square-foot building houses the administrative offices of the Santa Ana Police Department. In addition, a 155,000-square-foot direct supervision detention facility within the complex contains 256 cells. A two-story, 97,000-square-foot vehicle storage garage is attached with a transfer tunnel connecting the holding facility with the Orang County Intake and Release Center. |

Clark County Government CenterLas Vegas, NV
The 375,000-square-foot government center consolidated several govenrmnetal agencies into one location. Designed by Fentress Bradburn Architects, Inc., the facility features council chambers, administrative offices, lobby, cafeteria and outside amphitheater, the "County Courtyard." Perini worked closely with the architects to value engineer the building, devising efficient methods for the manufacture and installation of sandstone panel exterior. |

Massachusetts State House RenovationsBoston, MA
Perini managed the comprehensive renovation of the Massachusetts State House, under the direction of architects Shepley Bullfinch Richardson and Abbott. Perini installed a skylight over the existing light well in the Brigham Building (creating the ceremonial "Great Hall") and built two new levels of hearing rooms, a new boiler plant and a four-level underground parking garage. |

Federal Reserve BankBoston, Massachusetts
Located along Boston's waterfront, the Federal Reserve Bank was built atop an innovative "floating slab", built into marine blue clay. The 33-story bank tower and four-story, u-shaped low rise structure designed by the Stubbins Associates of Cambridge, Mass. are structural steel frame with anodized aluminum skin. |

Embarcadero Postal Center
The $26.5 million structural renovation and mechanical upgrade of the 530,000-square-foot Embarcadero Postal Center was completed in 1993. The reinforced concrete structure received major new vertical shafts for air handling, passenger elevators, stairways and freight elevators. A new mechnaical penthouse, constructed at the roof level, houses a centralized mechanical plant for heating and cooling equipment and pumps. Each floor received new restroom facilities. Safety and security systems were upgraded. |
