CityCenterLas Vegas, NV
As currently envisioned, CityCenter represents the most significant privately financed project in the United States. It will boast a 60-story, 4,000-room hotel tower; two 400-room high-end, non-gaming hotels; approximately 2,700 luxury condominium and hotel/condominium units; and a retail district featuring approximately 500,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment under a crystalline canopy of unprecedented brilliance. The mixed-use development, built on 76 acres along the Las Vegas Strip between the Bellagio and Monte Carlo resorts, confirms a cultural and lifestyle revival of city living. The groundbreaking design introduces a dazzling vertical city in the heart of Las Vegas' sprawling horizontal grid. Each building within CityCenter is designed in accordance with the strict guidelines of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program administered by the US Green Building Council.
