Designed by MVE & Partners of Irvine, California, this 90,158-square-foot steel-framed building features an exterior composed of natural stone and glass.

Guardian Industries

Auburn Hills, Michigan

Nestled in a beautifully landscaped park setting, this 100,000-square-foot office facility houses the world headquarters of Guardian Industries, a glass manufacturer.

Designed by Hobbs & Black Associates, Inc of Ann Arbor, Michigan, the building features a glass facade, creating a unique floating appearance.

Grove at Black Canyon

Phoenix, Arizona

Located in northwest Phoenix on a 31-acre site, the Grove at Black canyon is a multi-phased master planned community.

The eight-story building features steel frame construction supported by drilled shaft concrete caissons and an exterior consisting of rose-colored, glass-fiber reinforced concrete panels.

Designed by Henry Milton Roberts Architects, Inc. of Houston, Texas, the building features a dramatic two-story lobby, dominated by 25-foot-tall window walls.

150 West Jefferson

Detroit, Michigan

This major office structure designed by Blount Engineers and built in 1989 was the first high-rise built in Detroit in over 12 years. The structure sits atop a seven-level parking garage and includes 14,000 square feet of retail space and an outdoor plaza.
