Site conditions required Perini to use slurry wall construction techniques - a first for Las Vegas - to build the seven-story-deep foundation. One million cubic yards of dirt will be excavated from the site. |

Developed by the Beal Companies, LLP and designed by CBT/Childs Bertman Tseckares, this triple-width brownstone located in Boston's historic Back Bay features elegant residential condominiums with a unique below-grade parking garage. . To build the garage, Perini used an extensive temporary excavation support system to replace 125-year-old wood-pile and granite block footings with a steel and concrete foundation anchored by 50-foot-deep mini piles. |

Built in association with Sea Dar Enterprises of Boston, Perini converted three adjoining brownstones into 11 luxury condominiums with 23 parking spaces. Rink Reynolds Diamond Fisher Architects of Jacksonville, Fla. led the design team. |

Las VentanasSummerlin, Nevada
New assisted-living facility on a 22-acre site including two, 3-story independent living buildings containing 90 units, a 6,500 square-foot wellness center, and a 1-story community center with a fitness center and pool. The project consisted of specific aspects throughout the property. The Wellness Center contains the café, fitness club, aquatic center (pool), billiards and card room, Wall Street business center and bank and postal center. The Community Center includes a gourmet dining room, arts studio, formal library and beauty salon and barber shop. The residences are located in two "Independent Living Buildings" which are each three stories and contain spacious one- and two-bedroom units. Each unit has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, washer and dryer, balcony, walk-in closets, 24-hour emergency call system, sprinkler system and fire- and sound-resistant construction. |
